The Emperor’s New Clothes: DNA Activation – Fact or Fiction
What is all the talk concerning re-awakening about? This presentation discusses the relationship of physical and spiritual DNA. Where physical DNA is the language of life, spiritual DNA is the language of Light. The presentation reveals and discusses the natural aspect of DNA; the spiritual aspects of DNA; and DNA activation. The topic will be examined both from the lens of science and the lens of spirituality.
DNA re-awakening is a spiritual process. DNA activation links energetically one’s physical system (intra-cellular) to the higher system of Spirit. DNA activation is said to create a higher light body which brings into the physical the evolution of your spirit. Session culminates with a meditation awakening your ten dormant energetic strands of DNA.

Keeping Up With the Board – from President Karen Lyons
What a week!! As you know if you’re watching your email, we got rained out last weekend and didn’t get the sheetrock up in the new cabin and cabin 11. I talked to Ron Glasgow on the phone and knew that he was concerned because the weather hasn’t been particularly cooperative all winter. I told Ron not to worry, we would get it done. As I watched the weather reports, it appeared the weather was going to continue the trend of being nice during the week and nasty on the weekends. Monday I called Ron and told him that Linda and I would take off work on Thursday and do the carrying and lifting if he would do the measuring and the others could screw it on. So we made our plans. Wednesday evening Linda and I went to Lindsborg after work and celebrated the big 77 with Rev Evadne Tuxhorn along with several others. After a fun evening visiting and a circle, Linda and I drove on up to camp for the night. At 6:20 AM I heard a rapping on the door of the cabin. I don’t know what I was expecting, but it was only Sandy Pohl. Sandy came to tell me that an ambulance was on the way to Whitley’s. Javene had fallen. I hurried over and was met at the door by Leo. Leo said that Javene had gotten up to go to the bathroom and fallen. Leo had left one hearing aid in and was able to hear her call out. When Leo got up and got his leg on, he wasn’t able to get Javene up onto hers. Of course Leo and Eugene went with Javene after apologizing for not being able to do their part on the cabins. In the meantime, Linda and I got up and dressed. LeRoy Windhorst showed up right on time. Aaron Pohl came wandering in along with Jeff Bednarz. Ron and LeRoy had enlisted Jeff to help. The last to arrive was Ron. A little late with a smile that brought tears to my eyes. Naturally we told the dramatic story of the fall of Javene several times, got coffee then set about our work. Javene was on everyone’s mind as we measured, cut, carried and screwed each piece into place. Before too long we got a relieved call from Leo. Javene had broken her hip and was going to Salina for surgery. We each said a prayer and kept on working. We encountered a few little snags, but for the most part it went like clock work. Aaron got her hands on a drill and helped Jeff screw every last sheet into place right up until we finished at about 10:00 PM. During the supper break, Nick and Sandy brought us an update. Javene came through surgery very well and was able to keep her own socket, but the ball could not be saved. Now Javene has a new knee and a new hip. Debbie Grosser thinks Javene is bionic. I think I agree.
I hope the next time you see LeRoy, Ron, Aaron, and Jeff you will remember to thank them for their labors of love. That was the last project LeRoy will complete as an 87 year old. LeRoy’s birthday is March 22nd. I think Ron Glasgow’s smile will bring tears to my eyes forevermore. Ron wasn’t sure he would be able to continue as the Project Supervisor after his heart attack. That man has a great love for his Church, a heart of gold, and a wife who supports him and his dreams. Ron and Marge are an example to all of us. I love them very much and pray that I can be a credit to their efforts to serve as mentors of generosity.
I know I’m going a little long this month, but I do want to talk about Camp. The Camp Committee is putting the final touches on their schedule and I think you will be pleased. The schedule will change a little and give us a little more flexibility and a greater opportunity to be a bit more spontaneous. I don’t have to remind anyone that we are facing some difficult economic times. The Board of Trustees has discussed the effect the economy will doubtless have on Camp. The Board has made two decisions that they hope will enable all of you to enjoy Camp regardless of your circumstances. There will be NO price increases. All prices will remain the same. The middle Saturday, June 21st, all the workers will participate in mini readings similar to those available at psychic fairs. We are doing this for two reasons. You will have an opportunity to select a reader for a full reading after an opportunity to taste their wares, so to speak. If you cannot afford a full reading, or would like to have a sample from several readers as well as a full reading, we hope this will give you an affordable option. Be sure and read your Camp Book for all the details concerning the 21st, Youth Day, and all the classes and special programs that will be offered. I’m getting the old Camp fever excitement just talking about it. I will be so happy to see you.
We still have work that needs to be done before Camp. We will have several opportunities for you to come and help with cleaning and sprucing up the grounds and buildings. You also have an opportunity to help sponsor the Camp Book. Javene broke her hip, not her arm. As Javene always says, her hand is open to whatever donation you send. Every cent counts and is a great help. Thank you for your generosity and financial support. I wish it wasn’t so, but everything does take money.
Let the world recognize us and marvel because of our great love for one another.
